Your clothing is washed and dried separate from all other orders and all items are hung on hangers or folded the second they are done drying. Come pick up your clean and wrinkle-free clothes the next day.

Fluff and Fold Drop-Off (In-Store Laundry Service)

  • Fluff and fold is a drop-off service where we wash, dry, fold, and neatly package your laundry for you. Simply drop it off at either Big Waves location and pick it up clean and ready to put away. We have a 24-hour turnaround on fluff and fold. We may be able to complete the order faster, but we make no guarantees. Talk to the attendant in-store to inquire further.

  • Yes. Big Waves’ fluff and fold service is highly rated by Los Angeles customers for quality, consistency, and care.

  • Yes. We are happy to follow your preferences, including water temperature, detergent choices (when provided), and handling of delicate items.

  • Yes. New customers receive 50% off their first fluff and fold drop-off order, or 50% off their first pickup/delivery order.

  • Yes. Big Waves Laundromat works with trusted dry cleaning partners, allowing you to drop off dry cleaning along with your laundry. This makes it easy to take care of all your laundry and dry cleaning needs in one place. Dry cleaning turnaround times may vary depending on the items.

  • In-store fluff and fold service is $2.50 per pound, excluding specialty items. Hang drying is available at no additional charge upon request.

    Specialty items may include, but are not limited to:

    • Comforters

    • Pillows

    • Blankets

    • Pet beds

    • Rugs

    Dry cleaned items are priced separately from wash-and-fold laundry.
