  • Yes, it does! You get 50% your first dry cleaning order. Use code drycleaning50 for in-store drop off or pickup/delivery. You can enter the code when you place pickup order or mention it to staff when you drop off.

  • Yes, we offer this service!  We machine wash your garment in our commercial washers using high-quality ingredients. Then, we crisply press your garment with our pressing machine. 

  • Dry cleaning washes your garment in pure CO2, then we HAND PRESS your garment. The dry cleaning service also includes complimentary spot treatment while wash & press does not.

  • Yes, this is very common! If you're dropping off in person, just let the attendant know your intentions. If we’re picking up from your front door, leave a note attached to the item, explaining this. Place order here.

  • The average is three days. Easy alterations can take less, with more complicated alterations taking a little more. Please confirm with attendant if/when you drop off in person.

  • No. You don’t NEED an appointment. Our tailor is available from 7-3pm Monday - Friday. If you come within those hours, you should be seen very quickly. That said, if you'd like to guarantee being seen, please schedule an appointment.

  • Yes, assuming you haven't already used the discount for dry cleaning. You get 50% your first alterations or dry cleaning order. Use code drycleaning50 for in-store drop off or pickup/delivery. You can enter the code when you place pickup order or mention it to staff when you drop off.
