Because alterations vary in complexity, turnaround times and pricing differ from standard laundry or dry cleaning services. Our average turnaround time is three days. We’ll provide details when you drop off your item or schedule a pickup.

Yes, this is very common! If you're dropping off in person, just let the attendant know your intentions. If we’re picking up from your front door, leave a note attached to the item, explaining this. Place order here.

The average is three days. Easy alterations can take less, with more complicated alterations taking a little more. Please confirm with attendant if/when you drop off in person.

No. You don’t NEED an appointment. Our tailor is available from 7-3pm Monday - Friday. If you come within those hours, you should be seen very quickly. That said, if you'd like to guarantee being seen, please schedule an appointment.

Yes, we offer this service! We machine wash your garment in our commercial washers using high-quality ingredients. Then, we crisply press your garment with our pressing machine.

Dry cleaning washes your garment in pure CO2, then we HAND PRESS your garment. The dry cleaning service also includes complimentary spot treatment while wash & press does not.
