Because alterations vary in complexity, turnaround times and pricing differ from standard laundry or dry cleaning services. Our average turnaround time is three days. We’ll provide details when you drop off your item or schedule a pickup.

Yes, provided they are a simple alteration, not requiring fitting. You can order a pickup here or drop off at one of two locations.:

If you need a fitting, you must come in person to 2441 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404. You can schedule an appointment or drop in.

Yes, this is very common! If you're dropping off in person, just let the attendant know your intentions. If we’re picking up from your front door, leave a note attached to the item, explaining this. Place order here.

The average is three days. Easy alterations can take less, with more complicated alterations taking a little more. Please confirm with attendant if/when you drop off in person.

No. You don’t NEED an appointment. Our tailor is available from 7-3pm Monday - Friday. If you come within those hours, you should be seen very quickly. That said, if you'd like to guarantee being seen, please schedule an appointment.

Yes, assuming you haven't already used the discount for dry cleaning. You get 50% your first alterations or dry cleaning order. Use code drycleaning50 for in-store drop off or pickup/delivery. You can enter the code when you place pickup order or mention it to staff when you drop off.
